Our Factory

Our factory is located in the bustling city of Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Housing 190 dedicated employees, the factory has a monthly production capacity of 150,000 pairs of eyewear frames, comprising a blend of Acetate, Combination, Metal, and TR90 materials. To accommodate larger orders, we are capable of ramping up our production to a maximum capacity of 300,000 pairs within the same spectrum of materials.

Ensuring the highest standards of quality and environmental management, our factory is certified under ISO-9001-2015, ISO14001-2015, and ISO45001-2018. These certifications validate our commitment to maintaining top-notch quality in our products, prioritizing environmental protection, and adhering to safe and healthy occupational working conditions.

Production Process

1-2 Weeks - Technical Specification & Drawing

Product specifications:

  • Colors: all available
  • Lens (PC, Polaroid, CR39, Nylon …)
  • Material (e.g., Acetate / Metal / Titanium)
  • Screw type (e.g., Metal, Nylon)
  • Nose pad type (e.g., Plastic / Metal / Silicone)
  • Logo (Mould stamping, zinc alloy trims, metal sticker, laser, hot stamping, tampor printing…)
  • Other specifications

1 Week - Quotation & Ordering
  • Quotation: 
    Based on the technical specifications of your customized design, Joyiris Eyewear will provide you with a detailed production quotation and MOQ (usually in the 300 pieces per model range)

  • Ordering: 
    Once we have agreed on the technical and commercial conditions of the project, Joyiris Eyewear will require an advance payment of 30% of the total amount to proceed with the sampling stage
1-2 Months - Sampling

It usually takes 1 month to produce a sample of your design, which we then ship to your address by Air Express freight for approval.
3-4 Months - Production & Quality Control
  • Once the sample is approved, Joyiris Eyewear will commission the batch production of your customized design and perform a tight quality control process to make sure that the final product is just like the samples that you approved earlier.

  • Standard warranty is 1 year after delivery has been made for any manufacturing issue.
15 Days - 2 Months - Shipping
  • Once your product is ready and quality checked by Joyiris Eyewear, we will deliver to you by air (15 days) or sea (~2 months), depending on your preference.
